Profolio Daily ("we", "us", "our") operates subscription-based sports betting information services, including Clean Sheet Captain, Hunting Season, Rapid Fire Profits, and David Rothbury's Steadbank, together with any services we launch in the future. Subscribers receive betting selections, analysis and related guidance, delivered by email or, in the case of Rapid Fire Profits, by WhatsApp. By subscribing to any of our services you agree to these terms.
Our services provide information and opinion for entertainment purposes. Nothing we publish constitutes financial, investment or gambling advice, and no outcome is ever guaranteed. All betting decisions, stake sizes and account management remain entirely your own responsibility. You should never bet with money you cannot afford to lose.
Our services are strictly for adults aged 18 or over (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher). It is your responsibility to ensure that betting is legal where you live and that you comply with the terms of any bookmaker or exchange you use.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at the point of purchase (for example monthly, quarterly or yearly) until cancelled. Prices are as displayed at checkout, and payment is processed by our payment provider. If a renewal payment fails, we may pause delivery of selections until payment is resolved.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Contact us at access@mrvaluehunter.com (or use the contact form) and choose "Billing & Cancellations". Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
We do not issue refunds on the basis of betting performance. Betting results are subject to natural variance: every service, including profitable long-term ones, goes through losing runs, and a difficult week or month is not evidence that a service does not work. What you pay for is the delivery of the selections and analysis, not a guaranteed outcome. Refunds for other reasons (for example, duplicate charges or billing errors) will always be corrected, so just contact us.
Where local consumer law grants you non-waivable rights (such as statutory cooling-off rights), those rights are unaffected by this policy.
Any results, strike rates, returns or track records we publish reflect past performance and are provided in good faith based on our own records. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Odds quoted in selections are correct at the time of publication and may change before you are able to place a bet; the returns you achieve may differ from those recorded.
Selections are delivered by email to the address you subscribed with, or by WhatsApp for Rapid Fire Profits. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current and to check spam or promotions folders. If you stop receiving selections, contact us under "Email Delivery & Technical Help" and we will resolve delivery. Non-receipt caused by a full inbox, spam filtering, or out-of-date contact details does not qualify for a refund, but we will always work with you to restore delivery.
Your subscription is for your personal use. You may not share, resell, republish or redistribute our selections, emails or analysis, in whole or in part, without our written permission. We may terminate, without refund, any subscription found to be sharing or reselling content.
Betting should be fun and affordable. Set limits, never chase losses, and take a break if it stops feeling that way. If you are concerned about your gambling, help is available free of charge at begambleaware.org or via the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (UK). We will gladly cancel the subscription of anyone who tells us they are struggling with gambling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update, improve or retire services, and we may amend these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the current version. Continued use of a service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
